'I believe everything I learn is not finite and isolated, but a starting point, physically and emotionally. I am interested in cross-disciplinary work, where everything my body is capable of is a single language. Each skill should be a seamless blend of creative energy and any methods used (equipment/ floor etc.) should be accepted as the performer's natural environment and means of expression'

Danuta Ramos has been performing worldwide as a circus artist and dancer since 2005 and is one of the leading acrobats and aerlialists in Scotland. Danuta has received widespread acclaim for her work as a soloist and in partnership with Suspended Motion, with support from Creative Scotland, Circus Space Lab Time, Conflux and Dance Base.

She has worked extensively as an aerialist, acrobat, dancer and physical theatre performer, with companies such as Batman Live, Emergency Exit Arts, Iron Oxide, Boilerhouse, Wired Aerial Theatre, All or Nothing, Dante or Die Theatre company, Vision Mechanics, Lets Circus and Conflux.
